In an automotive career that spans nearly thirty years, he has been a national award winning sales rep., a three time national award winning sales manager, and a two time national award winning general manager.

As a success coach and trainer, Michael has published several books and albums. His work has been produced and aired on television and has appeared in several books including the highly successful book series, Chicken Soup for the Soul. His work has also been used by the Taiwanese government in its high school textbooks teaching English. Additionally, scores of magazines, newspapers, and websites throughout the world have also published his writings.

Michael is the founder and CEO of Bottom Line Underwriters, Inc., and is responsible for the creation, development, and execution (as well as supervising the production and marketing) of all of the firm's soft and hard products. He also currently serves on the board of directors of Digital Couch, Inc. and My Success Company.Com.

His company's client list ranges from individuals and small companies to Fortune 1000 companies, like IBM Canada, The Shaklee Corporation, the Red Devil and Freedom Fireworks companies, Nordstrom Corporation, American West Marketing, American Honda Motor Company, Pyrodyne America Corp., and well over a thousand auto dealerships and dealer groups throughout North America.
